The Launch Journey

It started with a simple conversation

9 th December 2021, In Bangalore, over a cup of coffee, engineer brain & pharmaceutical brain, conversed about – ‘how in most of the cases food has become fearful commercial product!’.

Remembering childhood village days, our lovable grandmothers and mothers and their delicious, simple and nutritious recipes. The way once in week farmer’s will arrange market. Our grandmothers and mothers will shop with microscope for us. Prepare each recipe with utmost care and love.

We can’t reverse the clock and go back to that ancestor’s pure era, but we can definitely try to adapt ancestral ingredients, recipes and food wisdom wherever possible. And this gave birth to an idea of – Ancestry Millets Private Limited.
